Teaching competencies
Teaching competencies are standards that guide teachers to keep them on track. I think it leads to having a high-level standard of teaching and learning. There are 5 teaching competencies that I used them to guide me in teaching practice. Which are a commitment to the profession, planning for learning, managing learning, implementing learning, assessments, and reflection.
Lesson plans & resources
Those are 2 of my best lessons that I taught in my teaching practice. In those lessons, I was able to achieve my goals, I got positive feedback from my mentor college and school teacher. Also, my student's were able to do the activities, answer the questions, comprehend the lesson and connect the information to their real life.

Motivation chart
Motivation chart is a tool that helps to change student behavior. It shows the positive behavior or goal that the teacher wants the student to achieve. I think motivation chart is important for all ages not just for young learners. It used to reinforce the positive behavior, or as a punishment for negative behavior.
As what Skinner's believed in his theory of operant conditioning "Operant conditioning is a method of learning that occurs through rewards and punishments for behavior. Through operant conditioning, an individual makes an association between a particular behavior and a consequence" (Skinner, 1938).

This motivation chart enhances the student individual effort because each student has "heart" and I add small hearts to it. Also, each group has a social media app name( Snapchat, Instagram & Twitter) and once I want to reward them I give the " like".
This motivation chart was drawn by the students, this is a draw for the first UAE rocket. The students wrote their goals and dreams and any goal they achieved. It encouraged the students to do their best.
